A Hundred Faces: Brushstrokes of Humanity
In 2026, Kara is creating an exhibit, to be displayed in an Austin art gallery, called "A Hundred Faces: Brushstrokes of Humanity." Her goal is to create a celebration the fleeting, extraordinary moments that define us. Working in acrylic on framed 8" x 8" panels, she willl explore the expressions that make each face unique -- the wonder of childhood, the quiet strength of adulthood, the fleeting curiosity, joy and tenderness that pass across face in an instant. Kara envisions that these portraits will form a vibrant mosaic, celebrating the beauty, emotion, and connection that emerge when we truly see one another.

Reserve a ready-made portrait from the A Hundred Faces series. Each 8” × 8” portrait is presented in a white wooden frame and will be delivered after the gallery exhibition.
→ Custom Commission Portraits – $175 each
Capture a cherished loved one in Kara’s signature style. Each custom 8” × 8” acrylic portrait is created from your submitted reference photo.
