This giclee print defines the longhron drives north to market, a pivotal part of the 19th century Old West. Ten million longhorns were driven on Texan trails, including the Chisholm Trail. According to Don Worchester in The Texas Longhron, "Without the Longhorns and the long drives, it is unlikely that the cowboy would have become such a universsal folk hero."
